Jaeckle Center Shows

The Jaeckle Centre (TJC) in Thompson’s Station, Tenn. finished its 2018 show season with the TJC Fall Classics. The Fall Classic Jumper show was November 10 and the Fall Classic Hunter show, including the MTHJA Finals, was the following weekend, November 17-18, 2018. There were 41 qualifiers for the MTHJA Medals Finals. The Jumper show attracted over 100 entries, and TJC added a MTHJA Medal class for 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Results from the Jumper show:

  • Beginner Jumper Champion: Just Peachy, owned/ridden by Summer A. Perkins
  • Hopeful Jumper Champion: DC Legacy, owned/ridden by Malancy Bagwell
  • Low Children’s/Adult Jumper Champion: Adonis D Aztlan, owned by TJC, ridden by Orrin Krebs
  • Low Schooling Jumper Champion: Act Three, owned/riddey by Lauren Romanelli
  • Pre Children’s/Adult Jumper Champion: Limited Edition, owned/ridden by Hannah Duke
  • Training Jumper Champion: Millstreet Mitch, owned/ridden by Cathryn A. Brekken

As a prelude to the Hunter show, TJC hosted an Open House in the Unbridled Pro Shop for folks to try their new AllCore 360° machine. The machine promises to train the entire core including the deep core muscles, resulting in improved core stability, enhanced strength, balance, and posture. There was also a certified Stotts Pilates instructor and massage therapist on site.

Showing starts again in January at TJC with the IEA Horse Shows, January 12-13. TJC Snowflake series starts January 19 with the Jumper Classic, continuing January 26-27 with the Hunter Show. TJC Snowflake III Jumper Show is February 16, with the Snowflake IV Hunter Show on February 23-24. TJC Spring Classic, with both hunters & jumpers, is March 15-17, 2019.
