July 4th Parade In Cordova, TN To The Editor: The Cordova Community Center would like to extend an invitation to the readers of the Mid-South Horse Review to participate in the Center's 2005 Independence Day Parade by riding their horses in this year's parade. As a highlight of the Center's year round activities, the Annual Parade draws hundreds of participants and viewers from throughout the Cordova Community. Participation by your readers not only supports this prominent community event but is also an excellent opportunity to draw attention to their riding or saddle clubs. In addition there will be cash awards for the best parade participants four major categories. One of these major categories includes horses. The parade will be held on Monday, July 4,2005. The pre-parade line up will begin at 9:00 AM. At the Cordova Community Center located at 1017 Sanga Rd. There is plenty of parking for horse trailers on the grounds of the Center. Trailers can be parked on the baseball field located directly across from the Center on the comer of Sanga Road and Rocky Point.
